• Lost packages due to incorrect address entry

• Packages seized due to local/state restrictions

Once an order is marked "delivered" by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of hemp-derived consumables, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements may only be issued if:

Requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
